Well I would like to say that with Christmas and the holidays we just couldn't get the 10th and 11th month posts up on time for Blues. But, what it really comes down to is that we have all been sick and can barely keep up with keeping this kid fed.
This little piggy went to market,
This little piggy stayed home,
This little piggy had roast beef,
and this little piggy had none,
and this little piggy drank a six pack and went wee wee wee all the way home.
(Until I was 13, I thought the part about the six pack was actually part of the real rhyme thanks to my own father.)
After one foot, he makes his "more" sign and so for the second foot I do the hippie version, ala Ann Arbor:
This little piggy went to the People's Food Co-op,
This little piggy stayed at the intentional community,
This little piggy had organic silken tofu with tamari soy sauce and sesame oil,
and this little piggy had none because he was on a juice fast,
and this little piggy drank three quarts of kombucha and went wee wee wee all the way home.
He totally anticipates the tickling at the end and starts to laugh on the third little pig every time.
And finally, he is officially walking. We got him walking pretty well last night and after a few runs encouraged by us he started to pull himself up and head out on his own. He caught on so quickly that we suspect he has been practicing secretly for some time, making sure he would impress on his first public attempts.
